- Consolidated Revenue Growth: Reported a substantial year-on-year increase of 52.1%.
- Net Revenue Growth: Excluding pass-through impact of alloy prices and strategic reduction in wheel assembly business, net revenue grew by 25.3% year-on-year.
- EBITDA: Recorded at ₹164 crore, a growth of 32.7% year-on-year, with an EBITDA margin of 12%.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): Reached ₹85 crore, marking a 28.8% increase compared to the previous year.

Industry and Business Performance
The Indian automobile sector demonstrated strong momentum in Q1 FY27, with overall vehicle production growing by 22.1% year-on-year. The two-wheeler segment, highly relevant to ASK Automotive, saw a production growth of 22.8%, reaching 72.5 lakh units. The company continues to outperform industry growth in vehicle production.
ASK Automotive’s advanced braking system revenue saw a significant growth of 48% year-on-year. The aluminum lightweighting precision solutions segment grew by 75% in Q1, and safety control cable revenue increased by 20% year-on-year. Exports contributed ₹39 crore in Q1 FY27.
Strategic Updates and Future Outlook
The company has successfully implemented its technical collaboration with Kyushu Yanagawa, Japan, commencing the first supply of high-pressure die-cast alloy wheels. Strategic closure of the low-margin wheel assembly business is complete, with no further revenues expected from this segment.
ASK Automotive expects to grow in the high teens for the full fiscal year. Investments in green energy include the operationalization of a 9.9-megawatt solar power plant and the upcoming commissioning of a second captive solar plant of 11.55 megawatts. The company is also expanding its capacity, with a new plant planned in the South to meet increasing order demand. Capex guidance has been revised to approximately ₹700 crore for the current fiscal year.
