This collaboration marks a crucial step for Gland Pharma, establishing it as a comprehensive, end-to-end partner for the technology transfer, manufacturing, and supply of sterile injectable products to global markets.
Scope of Agreement
The partnership encompasses a diverse portfolio of both oncology and non-oncology sterile injectable products. These include formulations in Vial, Lyo, Ampoules, and pre-filled syringe (PFS) presentations, covering complex and conventional types. Gland Pharma will leverage its integrated capabilities in development, technology transfer, manufacturing, and regulatory support to offer a full-service, ‘one-stop’ solution to its partner.
Financial Outlook and Timeline
This agreement is projected to provide substantial long-term business visibility for Gland Pharma. Revenue generation from this partnership is anticipated to commence from calendar year 2029. The current agreement involves 55 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) to be manufactured across three Gland Pharma sites, with potential for further product additions. Upon full commercialization of these products, the estimated annualized revenue potential is approximately USD 90-100 million. Technology transfer activities are slated for completion within two years.
