Delhivery has announced the immediate elevation of Vani Venkatesh to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO). Ms. Venkatesh, who joined the company in February 2025 as Chief Business Officer, will now oversee Revenue functions, Marketing, and Customer Experience. This move is part of Delhivery’s strategy to bolster its executive leadership team.

Delhivery, India’s leading logistics services provider, announced today the immediate appointment of Vani Venkatesh as its new Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO). This strategic elevation signifies a move to further strengthen the company’s executive leadership capabilities.
Expanded Role and Responsibilities
Ms. Venkatesh joined Delhivery in February 2025, taking on the crucial role of Chief Business Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), where she managed revenue functions. In her expanded capacity as Deputy CEO, she will now lead Revenue functions, Marketing, and Customer Experience. She will also work closely with Delhivery’s Operations teams, reflecting the growing scope of her contributions to the company.
Leadership Team Enhancements
This appointment is part of a series of enhancements to Delhivery’s executive team. The company has previously seen other long-standing leaders take on expanded roles, including Varun Bakshi as Chief Sales Officer, Vikas Kapoor as Chief Strategy Officer, and several key appointments to Chief Operating Officer positions. The company also announced that Ajith Pai, Chief Operating Officer and KMP, will be transitioning out of his role on September 15, 2026.
