PNC Infratech: Reports Q1 FY27 Results; Re-appoints Directors & Auditors

The financial statements indicate total revenue from operations of ₹1,51,820.69 Lakhs on a standalone basis for the quarter.

Director Re-appointments

The Board, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the re-appointment of key management personnel. Mr. Pradeep Kumar Jain, Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain, and Mr. Yogesh Jain were re-appointed as Managing Directors for a term of five years commencing from October 01, 2026. Mr. Anil Kumar Rao was re-appointed as a Whole Time Director for the same period. Furthermore, Mr. Naresh Kumar Jain and Ms. Seema Singh were re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second term of five years, effective August 10, 2026. Mr. Rohit Kumar Singh was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director in the capacity of an Independent Director from August 8, 2026 for a term of five years.

Statutory Auditor Re-appointment

The company also re-appointed M/s. NSBP & Company as Statutory Auditors for a term of two years, commencing from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2026 until the conclusion of the 29th AGM in 2028, subject to shareholder approval. This re-appointment ensures continuity in the company’s auditing process.

Annual General Meeting Details

The 27th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026. The company will also appoint a scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process and has set the day and cut-off dates for e-voting, notice of AGM, and dividend.

Segment Performance Highlights

The unaudited consolidated results reflect performance across various business segments. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, revenue from the Road segment was ₹1,38,201.16 Lakhs, Water segment was ₹13,662.66 Lakhs, and Toll/Annuity segment was ₹16,982.14 Lakhs. Segment results indicate a profit before tax and non-controlling interests of ₹43,155.34 Lakhs for the consolidated entity.
