ICICI Bank Issues USD 300 Million Senior Notes

ICICI Bank Limited (the “Bank”), acting through its IFSC Banking Unit, announced today, August 6, 2026, at 5:45 p.m., the pricing of its USD 300 million Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes. These Notes have been issued under the Bank’s established USD 7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.

Details of the Note Issuance

The newly issued Notes bear a coupon rate of 5.352%. Interest payments will be made on February 13 and August 13 of each year, up to and including the maturity date, which is scheduled for August 13, 2031. The allotment date for these Notes is set for August 13, 2026, making the tenure of the instrument 5 years. The issuance is unsecured, meaning no specific collateral has been charged over the Bank’s assets.

Listing and Use of Proceeds

The Notes are proposed to be listed on the Global Securities Market of the India International Exchange IFSC Limited and the Debt Securities Market of the NSE IFSC Limited. The net proceeds derived from this issuance will be utilized by the Issuer for its general corporate purposes, in compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.
