The company’s Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on August 6, 2026. Standalone Financial Highlights

For the standalone operations, Kirloskar Oil Engines reported a total income of ₹1,482.07 crore (comprising ₹1,471.30 crore from revenue from operations and ₹10.77 crore from other income). Total expenses for the quarter amounted to ₹1,348.33 crore. This resulted in a profit before exceptional items and tax of ₹133.74 crore. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹34.43 crore, the net profit for the period from continuing operations stood at ₹99.31 crore. Other comprehensive income added ₹0.29 crore, bringing the total comprehensive income to ₹99.60 crore.

Consolidated Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, the company generated a total income of ₹2,110.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total expenses were ₹1,874.79 crore. Profit before exceptional items and tax was ₹235.44 crore. After tax expenses of ₹38.78 crore, the consolidated profit after tax from continuing operations was ₹111.10 crore. Including other comprehensive income of ₹3.65 crore, the total comprehensive income for the quarter reached ₹114.75 crore.

Key Financial Metrics

The paid-up equity share capital remained stable at approximately ₹29.08 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) for continuing operations were basic ₹6.83 and diluted ₹6.82 on a standalone basis. On a consolidated basis, EPS was basic ₹7.54 and diluted ₹7.63.

Discontinued Operations

The financial results also provide details on discontinued operations. For the standalone entity, discontinued operations contributed a net profit after tax of ₹13.27 crore. On a consolidated basis, discontinued operations resulted in a net profit after tax of ₹13.27 crore as well.

Other Disclosures

The report also notes the approved grant of employee stock options and the allotment of equity shares under the company’s ESOP plan. Details regarding the transfer of the B2C business segment to a wholly owned subsidiary are also provided.
