The company’s consolidated revenue demonstrated remarkable expansion, increasing by approximately 142.92% to ₹527.15 Crore when compared to the prior year’s quarter, which stood at ₹217.01 Crore.

Revenue and Profitability Surge
The consolidated financial statements reveal a substantial uplift in profitability. EBITDA saw a growth of approximately 124.38%, rising from ₹35.31 Crore in the previous quarter to ₹79.23 Crore for the current quarter. Profit Before Tax (PBT) also experienced a significant surge of 132.06%, moving from ₹29.73 Crore to ₹68.99 Crore.
Standalone Performance Mirrors Growth
On a standalone basis, the company also posted impressive results. Revenue grew by approximately 104.55% to ₹355.82 Crore from ₹173.95 Crore in the corresponding previous quarter. Standalone EBITDA increased by 82.19% to ₹60.03 Crore, and PBT grew by 76.69% to ₹52.41 Crore.
Order Book Expansion
The company’s order position has seen a considerable increase, with an approximate rise of 81.19% as of July 1, 2026, compared to the previous year. The consolidated order book stands at ₹2,817.42 Crore as of July 1, 2026, up from ₹1,554.94 Crore in the prior year. Additionally, its associate, Lloyds Infrastructure and Construction Limited, reported an order book of ₹4,830.23 Crore.
Auditor’s Review
The financial results were reviewed by the statutory auditors, S Y Lodha & Associates, who issued an unqualified limited review report for both standalone and consolidated statements. The results have been approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on August 6, 2026.
