Key Financial Highlights for Q1 FY27
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Ajax Engineering reported total income of ₹4,927.92 million and total expenses of ₹4,184.86 million. This resulted in a profit before exceptional item and tax of ₹743.06 million. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹187.04 million, the profit for the period (profit after tax) stood at ₹556.02 million.
Appointment of Cost Auditor
In addition to the financial results, the Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. A. N. Sriram, Cost Accountant, as the Cost Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026-27. The appointment is effective from August 5, 2026, and the term of appointment is for the entire financial year 2026-27.
Unaudited Financials and Review Report
The unaudited financial results and the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, have been enclosed as Annexure-I. These will be made available on the Company’s website and published in newspapers as per regulatory requirements. The auditors, S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, stated that their review was conducted in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 2410 and provided an unmodified opinion, confirming that nothing had come to their attention to suggest material misstatements in the accompanying statement.
