CESC Limited: Allots ₹250 Crore Non-Convertible Debentures to Axis Bank

The company has approved the issuance and allotment of 25,000 Secured, Unlisted, Redeemable, Rated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). Each NCD carries a face value of Rs. 1,00,000/-, resulting in a total aggregate value of Rs. 250 Crore. This issuance has been structured as a private placement.

Allottee and Placement Basis

The NCDs have been allotted to Axis Bank Limited, whose registered office is located at “Trishul” – 3rd Floor, Opp. Samartheswar temple, Near Law Garden, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad – 380006. This placement follows previous communications on July 29, 2026, and August 3, 2026, regarding the proposed debt financing.
