Under the terms of the share subscription agreement (SSA), the investors, collectively referred to as ‘Investors’, will subscribe to equity shares of JTRWF. Upon completion of the allotment, the Investors will hold a legal and beneficial ownership of 25% plus one share of JTRWF. Jupiter Wagons Limited will retain the balance shareholding in its subsidiary. The investors are not related to the promoter or promoter group companies of Jupiter Wagons.
