The company reported a substantial 25% year-on-year growth in revenue from operations, reaching ₹1,871 Crore in the second quarter of 2026. This growth was accompanied by a significant 41% rise in EBITDA to ₹494 Crore for the same period. Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a 43% increase year-on-year to ₹348 Crore.
First Half Performance and Dividend Declaration
For the first half of 2026, Castrol India continued its strong growth trajectory. Revenue from operations increased by 17% year-on-year to ₹3,417 Crore, while EBITDA surged by 25% year-on-year to ₹823 Crore. Profit After Tax for the first half rose by 24% year-on-year to ₹590 Crore. In line with this performance, the Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹6.25 per equity share, with a face value of ₹5 per share. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration. The record date for determining shareholder entitlement to this interim dividend has been fixed as Tuesday, 11 August 2026.
