Alkyl Amines: Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results, Approves Director Re-designations

Key Director Re-designations Sanctioned

Following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board has approved several significant re-designations and appointments among its directors:

  • Mr. Yogesh M. Kothari (Chairman and Managing Director) will be re-designated as the Executive Chairman, effective October 1, 2026, until the completion of his current term on March 31, 2030.
  • Mr. Kirat M. Patel (Executive Director) will be re-designated as the Joint Managing Director, effective October 1, 2026, until his term ends on December 31, 2029.
  • Mr. Suneet Y. Kothari (Executive Director) will also be re-designated as the Joint Managing Director, effective October 1, 2026, and continuing until December 31, 2029.
  • Mr. Rakesh Goyal (Whole-time Director – Operations) is re-designated and appointed as Executive Director – Operations for a five-year term from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032, with revised remuneration terms.

These changes are subject to shareholder approval via Postal Ballot.

Non-Executive Director Commission Approved

The Board has also approved the payment of commission to Non-Executive Directors, not exceeding 1% of net profits, for a further five-year period commencing April 1, 2027, pending shareholder approval.

Trading Window Reopening

The trading window for designated persons and their relatives will reopen on August 7, 2026, following the announcement of the unaudited financial results.
