NAVA: FY26 Standalone PAT Doubles to ₹911 Crore, EPS Surges 121%

Nava Limited announced a robust financial performance for FY 2025-26, marking one of its strongest historical performances at the standalone level. Revenue from operations grew by 19.4% to ₹1,924.7 crore, while Profit After Tax more than doubled to ₹910.9 crore. Earnings Per Share (EPS) rose significantly by 121.4%, from ₹14.54 to ₹32.19, driven by stronger operating momentum and overseas investments.

Strong Standalone Performance in FY26

Nava Limited has reported a significant financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. At the standalone level, the company achieved one of its strongest performances historically, with revenue from operations increasing by 19.4% to ₹1,924.7 crore. This growth was supported by higher Silico Manganese volumes and improved operational parameters in its Indian power segment.

Profitability Surges

Profit After Tax saw a substantial increase, more than doubling to ₹910.9 crore, reflecting enhanced operational efficiency. Consequently, Earnings Per Share (EPS) surged by 116.0%, growing from ₹14.54 to ₹32.19. This performance was bolstered by stronger operating momentum across India and significant value flows from its overseas investments.

Consolidated Operations Show Resilience

On a consolidated basis, Nava Limited reported a revenue growth of 7.7% to ₹4,290.9 crore. While consolidated Profit Before Tax saw a slight decline of 6.6%, the underlying business remained broadly stable. The company noted that the sharper PAT decline was primarily due to two specific items at Maamba Energy Limited: the transition to a 15% effective tax rate and a non-cash deferred tax provision related to the appreciation of the Zambian Kwacha. These factors did not reflect operational weaknesses.

Key Financial Highlights

Consolidated EBITDA decreased by 4.1% to ₹1,90,515 lakhs. However, the company highlighted the return of value from its overseas platform, with approximately ₹705 crore flowing to the Indian balance sheet via dividend and share buyback proceeds, validating its patient investment strategy.

Dividend Declaration

The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.50 per share. Combined with the interim dividend of ₹3.00 per share, the total dividends for FY 2025-26 stand at ₹8.50 per share, marking the highest in the Company’s history.
