3M India Limited has disclosed its financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, revealing a robust increase in both revenue and profit. The company’s revenue from operations grew by 14.5% to ₹5,090 Crores, up from ₹4,446 Crores in the previous financial year. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a significant increase of 9.7%, reaching ₹522.3 Crores compared to ₹476 Crores in the prior year.
Dividend Recommendation
In line with its strong financial results, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹506 per equity share for the approval of shareholders. This includes a final dividend of ₹160 per equity share and a special dividend of ₹346 per equity share.
Segment Performance Highlights
The company’s operations are divided into four business segments. For FY 2025-26, Transportation & Electronics accounted for 38% of the revenue mix, Safety and Industrial contributed 33%, Healthcare represented 19%, and Consumer made up 10%. All segments reported growth, with Safety & Industrial at 16%, Consumer at 15.6%, Healthcare at 17.5%, and Transportation & Electronics at 10.1%.

The Managing Director highlighted several factors contributing to the company’s resilience and growth, including strong financial health, customer centricity, operational excellence, and a focus on innovation. Board Changes
The year also saw changes in the Board of Directors. Ms. Radhika Rajan retired as Chairperson in May 2026 after a 10-year tenure. Mr. Ramesh Ramadurai, Managing Director, also retired in May 2026 after 36 years of service. The company welcomed Mr. M.D. Ranganath as the new Chairman of the Board and Ms. Kavita Nair as an Independent Director, both effective May 27, 2026.
