360 ONE WAM LIMITED Announces Strong Financial Results and Interim Dividend for FY26

360 ONE WAM Limited has reported a strong performance for the full year FY26, with Profit After Tax (PAT) rising 20.7% YoY to ₹1,225 crore and total revenue growing 18.6% YoY to ₹3,144 crore. The Board has declared a first interim dividend of ₹6.00 per share for FY 2026-27. The company also announced a key leadership transition, appointing Anshuman Maheshwary as the CEO of its Alternates Asset Management business.

Full Year Financial Performance

360 ONE WAM Limited delivered robust growth for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹1,225 crore, marking a 20.7% increase over the previous year. Total revenue for the year reached ₹3,144 crore, a 18.6% improvement driven by strong growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and improved retentions. Revenue from operations also saw a significant boost of 25.4%, totaling ₹3,066 crore.

Assets Under Management and Dividend

As of March 31, 2026, the company’s overall AUM stood at ₹6,74,492 crore. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) AUM grew by 26.4% YoY to ₹3,11,940 crore. Reflecting this strong financial health, the Board of Directors approved a first interim dividend of ₹6.00 per equity share (face value of ₹1/- each). This dividend is scheduled to be paid on or before May 20, 2026.

Strategic Leadership Update

The company announced a significant change in its leadership team. Anshuman Maheshwary has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for the Alternates Asset Management business. Mr. Maheshwary, who previously served as the Chief Operating Officer, will now oversee the P&L responsibilities for the Alternates division, focusing on scaling private market portfolios and driving institutional and third-party distribution.

Business Highlights and Growth

The company continues to expand its reach, with the Wealth Management segment seeing its ARR AUM rise to ₹2,16,734 crore, up 33.4% YoY. Simultaneously, the Asset Management segment grew its ARR AUM to ₹95,206 crore, a 12.8% increase, supported by strong performance in Private Equity, Credit & Hybrid, and Real Assets segments. These results underscore 360 ONE’s resilience and commitment to long-term value creation in shifting market conditions.
