Zensar Technologies Board Approves Expansion into Zambia

Zensar Technologies has announced that its Board of Directors granted in-principle approval on April 2, 2026, to establish a new entity or branch in Zambia. This strategic move aims to broaden the company’s international footprint within the software and allied services industry. The new operation will be established either directly by Zensar or through one of its subsidiary companies to support future growth in the region.

Strategic Global Expansion

During the meeting held on April 2, 2026, the Board of Directors of Zensar Technologies finalized plans for further global expansion. The company intends to set up a new presence in Zambia, which will operate under the name Zensar Technologies Zambia or another suitable name approved by local authorities. This initiative is designed to strengthen the company’s capabilities in delivering software and allied services to newer markets.

Execution and Investment Structure

The establishment of this new entity will be managed either directly by the company or via its existing subsidiaries. Regarding the financial setup, Zensar plans to subscribe to the minimum capital required for incorporation at face value. The company has clarified that its promoters and the promoter group maintain no direct interest in this new branch or subsidiary, ensuring the independence of the investment as it scales its operations in the region.
