Telecommunication, Media and Technology saw both sequential and YoY revenue declines of 8.8% and 11.6%, respectively.

The US region registered a sequential QoQ decline of 3.0% and a YoY decline of 0.4%. Europe registered a sequential QoQ growth of 1.2% and YoY growth of 6.1%. Africa experienced sequential QoQ growth of 2.8% and YoY growth of 10.7%.

Key Wins in Q3 FY26
Zensar developed an Agentic AI solution to automate business processes for a US-based cybersecurity organization. The company is also driving productivity through AI-powered intelligent search and discovery for a European motoring association.
Additionally, Zensar provided Enterprise AI Readiness Assessment and Strategic Consulting for a global client in the aviation industry and developed an AI web application for end-to-end repository analysis for a multinational Financial Services Company.
