Zen Technologies will acquire a 76% equity stake in ASSPL. The acquisition will be executed through a combination of acquiring and/or subscribing to equity shares of ASSPL. Upon completion, ASSPL will become a subsidiary of Zen Technologies.

Rationale Behind the Acquisition

This acquisition is intended to enhance Zen Technologies’ product portfolio in the defence simulation sector. Specifically, it will add advanced tactical and combat training simulation technologies designed for naval applications. Zen believes this complements and strengthens its existing capabilities in both land and naval simulation solutions, broadening its offerings for integrated defence training.
