Zen Technologies has completed the acquisition of Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL) and ARI Labs Private Limited (ALPL). The company initially acquired 76% of ARIPL and 100% of ALPL on February 28, 2025. Now, with the purchase of the remaining 24% of ARIPL, Zen Technologies owns 100% of both companies. Consequently, both ARIPL and ALPL have now become wholly owned subsidiaries of Zen Technologies.
Acquisition Details
Zen Technologies has successfully completed its acquisition of both Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL) and ARI Labs Private Limited (ALPL). This follows an initial announcement on February 14, 2025, and a subsequent disclosure on March 1, 2025.
Initially, the company acquired control of ARIPL and 100% of the total paid-up share capital of ALPL as of February 28, 2025, making ALPL a wholly owned subsidiary. At that time, the share transfer of 76% of ARIPL was still in process.
Finalizing ARIPL Acquisition
As of October 16, 2025, Zen Technologies has now acquired the remaining 24% of ARIPL. This acquisition means the company now owns 100% of the total paid-up share capital of ARIPL. As a result, ARIPL is now also a wholly owned subsidiary of Zen Technologies, along with ALPL.
