YES BANK has been assigned an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Rating of ’78’ for the financial year 2025 by a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider. Additionally, the bank received a Core Rating of ’74’. The ESG rating for the financial year 2024 was updated from ’72’ to ’76’.

This rating was assigned by NSE Sustainability Ratings & Analytics Ltd, a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider. The information was confirmed via email received on December 15, 2025.
Core Rating and Previous Year’s Update
In addition to the overall ESG rating, YES BANK was also assigned a Core Rating of ’74’ for the financial year 2025. Furthermore, the bank’s ESG rating for the financial year 2024 has been updated from ’72’ to ’76’.

YES BANK clarified that it has not engaged NSE Sustainability for ESG Ratings. The ESG rating was independently assigned based on public disclosures.
