Wipro Reports Q3 FY’26 Revenue Growth and Acquisition of HARMAN DTS

Wipro (NSE: WIPRO) reported its Q3 FY’26 results, achieving sequential revenue growth of 1.4% in constant currency (0.6% excluding HARMAN DTS). The company also completed the acquisition of HARMAN DTS, enhancing its engineering and AI capabilities. Wipro projects Q4 FY’26 IT Services revenue growth of 0% to 2.0% in constant currency. The Board declared an interim dividend of INR 6 per share.

Financial Performance

Wipro’s IT Services sequential revenue stood at $2.64 billion, reflecting a 1.4% growth on a constant currency basis. Excluding the HARMAN DTS acquisition, revenue grew by 0.6% in constant currency terms. The company’s operating margin was at 17.6%, expanding by 0.4% over the adjusted margin from the previous quarter. The total contract value (TCV) reached $3.3 billion, which included $871 million in large deal bookings. Adjusted net income for the quarter was INR 33.6 billion, and the adjusted EPS was INR 3.21.

Strategic Market Unit Performance

Americas 1 reported sequential growth of 1.8% and year-on-year growth of 2.8%. Americas 2 saw a sequential decline of 0.8%. Europe experienced sequential growth of 3.3%. APMEA grew sequentially by 1.7%. BFSI grew 2.6% sequentially.

HARMAN DTS Acquisition

The acquisition of HARMAN DTS has been completed. This has brought added engineering and AI capabilities to Wipro, which is expected to strengthen Wipro’s engineering global business line and boost AI-driven product innovation. Wipro anticipates exploring new regions and high-growth industries due to this acquisition.

Wipro Intelligence

The company is using a unified approach called Wipro Intelligence to deliver AI-powered transformation across industries. This approach is based on three strategic pillars: industry platforms and solutions, delivery platforms, and Wipro Innovation Network.

Guidance

Wipro projects sequential IT Services revenue growth of 0% to 2.0% in constant currency for Q4 FY’26. This guidance includes revenue from HARMAN DTL. The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of INR 6 per share.
