The all-cash transaction is valued at US$ 375 Million, subject to customary closing adjustments. Strategic Partnership with Olam Group

The acquisition is tied to a multi-year strategic transformation partnership with Olam Group, a leading global food and agri-business giant. This 8-year agreement is valued at over US$ 1 Billion, with a committed spend of US$ 800 Million. As part of this engagement, Wipro will deploy its Wipro Intelligence™ suite—a collection of AI-powered platforms—to enhance Olam Group’s operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
