Waaree Energies has formally announced the incorporation of a new step-down subsidiary, Eco Flux Renewables Private Limited. This entity was officially established on December 15, 2025.
Purpose of the New Subsidiary
The primary purpose of Eco Flux Renewables is to facilitate and manage specific power projects under the Independent Power Producer (IPP) framework. This strategic move is designed to further strengthen Waaree Energies’ project portfolio and expand its capabilities in the renewable energy sector.
Ownership Structure
Eco Flux Renewables is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited (WFEPL). WFEPL itself is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies. This establishes a clear and direct line of control, allowing Waaree Energies to effectively manage and integrate the new entity into its existing operations. Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited holds 100% share capital of Eco Flux Renewables Private Limited.
