The newly formed entities are Zephyr Green Power Private Limited and Jal Surya Power Private Limited. These companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited (WFEPL), which itself is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WAAREE Energies.
Purpose and Business Focus
The primary objective for establishing Zephyr Green Power Private Limited and Jal Surya Power Private Limited is to facilitate and manage specific power projects under the Independent Power Producer (IPP) framework. As newly incorporated entities, they are yet to commence their business operations.
Ownership and Control
Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited (WFEPL) holds 100% share capital of both Zephyr Green Power Private Limited and Jal Surya Power Private Limited. This ensures complete control and strategic alignment with the parent company’s objectives within the renewable energy sector.
