These new companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited (WFEPL), which itself is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WAAREE Energies. The primary objective of establishing these entities is to facilitate and hold specific power projects under the Independent Power Producer (IPP) framework. Both Windora Energy Private Limited and Agni Vayu Energy Private Limited were officially incorporated on December 16, 2025.

Strategic Focus

The incorporation of these subsidiaries signifies WAAREE Energies’ strategic focus on expanding its portfolio of power projects. While currently holding no turnover, these entities are poised to commence business operations, contributing to the company’s growth in the renewable energy sector. The company will hold 100% share capital in both entities through WFEPL.
