Leadership Appointment

Piyush Srivastava (DIN: 10775803) has been appointed as an Additional Director and the Managing Director & CEO of VST Industries. His term will begin on March 2nd, 2026, and extend for a period of 5 years. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Srivastava, aged 51, brings over 25 years of experience in the FMCG and Alco-Beverage sectors, having held leadership positions at Pernod Ricard, PepsiCo, and Marico.

Other Income: ₹9.06 crores
Total Income: ₹500.91 crores
Profit Before Tax: ₹81.09 crores
Profit After Tax: ₹60.23 crores

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025:

Total Revenue from Operations (Gross): ₹1356.34 crores
Other Income: ₹31.82 crores
Total Income: ₹1388.16 crores
Profit Before Tax: ₹235.49 crores
Profit After Tax: ₹175.57 crores

Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter stood at ₹3.55.

Statutory Auditor Recommendation

Based on the Audit Committee’s recommendation, Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP has been recommended for appointment as the Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years. This appointment is pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. They will succeed M/s. BSR & Associates LLP, whose term is expiring.
