Financial Performance
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Voltas reported a Consolidated Total Income of ₹3,120 crores, compared to ₹3,164 crores in Q3 FY25. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) was ₹116 crores, and the Net Profit was ₹84 crores, compared to ₹191 crores and ₹131 crores respectively in the same quarter last year.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the Consolidated Total Income was ₹9,552 crores, compared to ₹10,890 crores in the corresponding period last year. Profit Before Tax for this period was ₹373 crores, and Net Profit was ₹257 crores.
Segment Highlights
Unitary Cooling Products: Revenue stood at ₹1,924 crores for the quarter and ₹6,007 crores for the nine-month period. This segment’s result was ₹73 crores for the quarter and ₹131 crores for the nine-month period.
Electro-Mechanical Projects and Services: Revenue reached ₹974 crores for the quarter and ₹2,862 crores for the nine-month period. This segment’s result was ₹82 crores for the quarter and ₹223 crores for the nine-month period.
Engineering Products and Services: Revenue was ₹157 crores for the quarter and ₹431 crores for the nine-month period. This segment’s result was ₹37 crores for the quarter and ₹121 crores for the nine-month period.
Leadership Transition
Voltas announced the appointment of Mr. Amit Jaiswal as the new Chief Internal Auditor of the Company, effective January 29, 2026. He replaces Ms. Vijayalakshmi Suresh, who has resigned to pursue other career opportunities and will be relieved from her duties on March 31, 2026.
