Investor Interest and Participation
The NCD issuance saw strong investor interest, exceeding the initial issuance size. A diversified group of marquee investors participated, including large Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
Use of Proceeds
