Vishal Mega Mart Strong Q3FY26 and 9MFY26 Results Driven by Festive Demand

Vishal Mega Mart reported a 17.0% YoY revenue growth in Q3FY26, reaching ₹36,704 million. Adjusted SSSG stood at 9.6%. 9MFY26 revenue grew by 19.9% YoY to ₹97,922 million. Adjusted EBITDA for Q3 and 9M grew by 18.8% and 26.7% respectively. The company added 29 gross stores during the quarter and now operates 771 stores across 517 cities.

Q3FY26 Performance Highlights

Vishal Mega Mart announced a revenue from operations of ₹36,704 million for Q3FY26, reflecting a 17.0% year-over-year increase. Adjusted Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) was strong at 9.6%. Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹4,685 million, with a margin of 12.8%, showcasing an 18.8% YoY growth. Profit After Tax (PAT) reached ₹3,129 million, translating to an 8.5% margin and a 19.1% YoY growth. The company expanded its footprint by adding 29 gross stores during the quarter.

9MFY26 Performance Overview

For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2025, Vishal Mega Mart reported a revenue from operations of ₹97,922 million, marking a 19.9% year-over-year growth. Adjusted SSSG for this period was 10.3%. Adjusted EBITDA grew to ₹10,457 million, achieving a margin of 10.7%, and a 26.7% YoY increase. The company’s PAT for 9MFY26 stood at ₹6,713 million, with a margin of 6.9%, demonstrating a substantial 29.9% year-over-year growth.

Store Network Expansion

Vishal Mega Mart expanded its retail network, bringing the total store count to 771. During 9MFY26, the company added 80 gross stores and 75 net new stores.

Category-wise Revenue Contribution

For 9MFY26, Apparel contributed 44.8% to the total revenue, General Merchandise accounted for 28.3%, and FMCG contributed 26.7%.

Quick Commerce Initiative

The Quick commerce initiative is now available in 723 stores across 485 cities, with a registered user base of 11.9 million as of December 31, 2025.
