At the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2025, members approved the re-appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as the company’s statutory auditors. The new term will be for 4 consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of this 7th AGM to the conclusion of the 11th AGM.

Appointment of Secretarial Auditors
In addition to the statutory auditor re-appointment, M/s. Chandrasekaran Associates were appointed as the secretarial auditors of the company, also approved during the September 29, 2025, AGM. This appointment is for an initial term of 5 consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 7th AGM until the conclusion of the 12th AGM.
