Q3 Financial Highlights
Ventive Hospitality reported consolidated revenue of ₹722 crore for Q3 FY26, representing a 27% year-over-year growth. The company’s Consolidated EBITDA reached ₹348 crore, which translates to a 48% margin. The company also announced its fifth consecutive quarter of positive Profit After Tax at ₹141 crore.
Hospitality Business Performance
The hospitality segment drove significant growth, generating revenue of ₹565 crore, a 35% increase year-over-year. EBITDA for the hospitality business stood at ₹226 crore, reflecting a substantial 54% increase, with an EBITDA margin of 40%.
India and International Operations
Revenue from Indian hotels grew by 22%, while EBITDA increased by 35%. Ventive’s international hospitality business experienced even stronger growth, with revenue up by 46% and EBITDA surging by 73%. EBITDA margins for the India and International businesses were 41% and 39%, respectively. Additionally, revenue from the company’s annuity portfolio comprising commercial real estate and retail properties in Pune was ₹128 crore and EBITDA was ₹116 crore.
Operational Metrics
The company’s Indian hotels reported Average Daily Rate (ADR) growth of 17% and stable occupancy of 62%. RevPAR growth in the India hospitality business was 15% year-over-year. Ventive’s international hospitality business reported occupancy of 71%. On a same-store basis, it was 65%, a robust 4 percentage points expansion year-over-year.
