Strategic Expansion

Ventive Hospitality is strategically expanding its portfolio:

  • Hilton Goa Resort: Acquired a 76% stake in the 104-key resort in Candolim and a 4-acre land parcel in Batim. Plans include adding 60-65 rooms and repositioning as a premium luxury resort, consolidating from Q3 FY26.
  • Soho House India: Proposed investment in Soboho Pvt Ltd, giving Ventive Hospitality rights to build Soho Houses in New Delhi and other cities.

The Board of Directors made key decisions at its meeting on November 13, 2025:

  • Approved Mr. Asheesh Mohta’s appointment as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent).
