Mrs. Kavita Kulkarni, the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, has resigned from her position to pursue new opportunities, effective April 10, 2026. Consequently, the company has appointed Mr. Avijit Roy as the new Group Chief Human Resources Officer, effective April 10, 2026, to spearhead the organization’s people strategy and leadership development initiatives.

Varroc Engineering has officially confirmed the resignation of Mrs. Kavita Kulkarni from the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Having served as a key Senior Management Personnel, she will step down from her functional responsibilities effective the close of business hours on April 10, 2026, though she will remain with the company until April 30, 2026.
Appointment of New Group CHRO
Succeeding her, Mr. Avijit Roy has been appointed as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, effective April 10, 2026. In this capacity, he will assume all responsibilities previously held by Mrs. Kulkarni and will be designated as a Senior Management Personnel of the company.

Mr. Avijit Roy brings over 25 years of professional experience across diverse global industries. He is recognized for his expertise in driving large-scale organizational transformations and aligning human capital strategies with business growth. His professional background includes leadership roles at prominent global organizations, including Aditya Birla Group, Hero Motors, TESCO, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Hindustan Unilever. Mr. Roy holds no familial relation to any current members of the company’s Board of Directors.
