Varroc Engineering Partial Redemption of Non-Convertible Debentures

Varroc Engineering has announced a partial redemption of its Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The original face value per NCD was Rs. 1,00,000, now reduced to Rs. 68,750. The face value to be redeemed is Rs. 6,250, resulting in a post-redemption face value of Rs. 62,500. The total number of NCDs remains unchanged at 25,000. This redemption was due on December 7, 2025, and paid on December 5, 2025.
