Varroc Engineering Introduces Voluntary Retirement Scheme for Permanent Workmen

Varroc Engineering has launched a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) for its permanent employees across various facilities. This scheme aims to benefit both the company and its participating employees. Out of 432 applications received, 411 were accepted, resulting in an overall payout of approximately INR 79.94 Crores. The program is now underway.

Voluntary Retirement Scheme Details

Varroc Engineering has implemented a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) designed for its permanent workforce. The company aims to make this beneficial for both the company and its employees. The VRS has been officially initiated and is progressing as planned, as of January 16, 2026.

Scheme Participation and Financial Impact

The company received a total of 432 applications from eligible workmen. Following review, 411 of these applications have been accepted. The financial impact of this scheme is an estimated overall payout of approximately INR 79.94 Crores. The implementation is completed, and the payment processing has commenced.
