Varroc Engineering Limited Announces Launch of ‘Eureka Challenge 3.0’ to Drive Next-Gen Engineering Innovation

Varroc Engineering Ltd. has launched the third edition of its flagship innovation contest, ‘Eureka Challenge 3.0 – Ignite Innovation’, on March 20, 2026. This initiative is designed to engage and empower top engineering students across India to solve real-world mobility challenges. Participants can win cash prizes and potential Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), feeding into Varroc’s Graduate Engineer Trainee program.

Varroc Launches Flagship Innovation Challenge

Varroc Engineering Ltd., a global tier-I auto components group, today announced the launch of the third edition of its primary innovation competition: Eureka Challenge 3.0 – Ignite Innovation. The initiative seeks to engage and empower India’s brightest engineering minds to address complex problems within the evolving mobility ecosystem.

Competition Details and Participation

The competition is hosted on the Unstop platform and is open to undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students nationwide, with a focus on pre-final-year students graduating in 2027. Eligible disciplines include Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, E&TC, IT, Mechanical, Automobile, and allied branches. Students can participate individually or in teams of up to four members.

The structured, multi-stage evaluation process requires participants to submit solutions based on industry-relevant problem statements, typically in the form of a detailed PowerPoint presentation and an optional simulation video. The challenge emphasizes creativity and innovation, with no restriction on the number of ideas submitted.

Speaking at the launch, Arjun Jain, CEO – Business I, Varroc, stated that the future of mobility depends on safe, smart, and sustainable innovation. He emphasized Varroc’s commitment to building the next generation of automotive talent through internal platforms like Eureka. This challenge directly feeds into the company’s highly successful Graduate Engineer Trainee program.

Top performers in the challenge will receive attractive rewards, including cash prizes and the possibility of securing Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) with Varroc, gaining valuable hands-on industry exposure and interaction with domain experts.
