The record date for determining eligibility is set for February 13, 2026, with redemption scheduled on or before March 7, 2026.
Call Option Exercise
Varroc Engineering Limited has decided to exercise its call option for the early redemption of its 8.6% 25,000 Rated, Listed, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferable Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”). These NCDs were issued on a private placement basis.
Details of the NCDs
The NCDs have an original face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating to a total of ₹250 Crores. These were issued as per the terms and conditions outlined in the debenture trust deed and information memorandum dated September 4, 2023.
Key Dates
The record date for the purpose of redemption is fixed as February 13, 2026. The date of payment for interest and redemption is scheduled for on or before March 7, 2026. The outstanding principal amount for redemption is ₹171.88 Crores.
Additional Information
Upon full payment of the redemption amount, Varroc Engineering will fully extinguish the debentures. No further claims against the company will arise after the redemption amounts are paid.
