Vardhman Textiles Limited has confirmed that the commercial production for its latest expansion initiative has officially begun today, March 7, 2026. This development follows earlier intimations made to the exchanges in November 2024 and January 2025 regarding the company’s capital expenditure (capex) program.

Expansion Details

The expansion focuses on increasing the processed fabric capacity at the facility located at Vardhman Fabrics, Budhni, Madhya Pradesh. The successful commissioning of the new processing line is set to add approximately 31 million meters per annum (p.a.) to the company’s total output capacity. The company leadership views this as a critical step in realizing the planned capacity enhancements.

The management has requested that this commencement of commercial production be taken on official record by the relevant stock exchanges. The announcement was executed by Sanjay Gupta, Company Secretary, signifying the completion of this major phase of the expansion project.
