Advent Hotels International, carved out of Valor Estate Ltd (formerly DB Realty Ltd), now operates independently, focusing on developing, owning, and managing marquee hotel assets throughout India. The company is governed by its own Board and Management team.

Growth and Expansion Plans

The company projects significant expansion, aiming to increase its portfolio 6x to over 3,100 keys. It also projects EBITDA to exceed ₹1,200 crore by FY32. This growth is underpinned by strategic partnerships and joint ventures.

Advent Hotels International currently operates two marquee hotels:
113 keys under development).

Hilton-branded property in Mumbai’s Andheri East (171 keys).

Upcoming Projects

Advent Hotels is expanding through strategic partnerships, including upcoming hotels at Aerocity, Delhi (St. Regis and Marriott Marquis), expected to open in FY27. The future portfolio also includes the Waldorf Astoria and Hilton at Worli, Mumbai, and a 1,175-key hotel at BKC, Mumbai. Additionally, the Company will develop its ~5.4-acre Sahar (Andheri East, Mumbai) parcel into an ~1.50 mn sq ft hospitality-led integrated project (~₹4,500 crore GDV).
