On October 20, 2025, the schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund acquired an additional 53,077 shares of V-Guard Industries. As a result, the fund’s total holding has increased. Before this acquisition, the fund held 2,17,90,526 shares, representing 4.998% of the total share/voting capital. Post-acquisition, the fund’s holding has risen to 2,18,43,603 shares, or 5.010%.

The fund has clarified that this investment is purely from an investment perspective and is not aimed at seeking a controlling interest in V-Guard Industries. The acquisition was made through secondary market purchases.
