UTI AMC Reports Q3 FY26 Results, AUM Reaches ₹23.15 Lakh Crore

UTI Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced its Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26 financial results. The company’s total group AUM stood at ₹23,14,828 crore. Core income (Sale of Services) for Q3 FY26 was ₹395 crore, up by 5% YoY. Normalised profit after tax for Q3 FY26 reached ₹216 crore, marking a 43% YoY increase. The company highlighted its focus on product innovation and digital initiatives.

AUM and Equity Contributions

As of December 31, 2025, UTI MF’s quarterly average assets under management (QAAUM) was ₹3,93,809 crore. Notably, equity assets (active and passive) contributed 70% to UTI MF’s total average AUM. This resulted in an equity to non-equity QAAUM ratio of 70:30, contrasting with an industry ratio of 61:39.

Financial Performance: Standalone

The core income (sale of services) for Q3 FY26 reached ₹322 crore, up by 5% YoY. Normalised core profit after tax for Q3 FY26 was ₹129 crore, reflecting a 3% YoY increase. The normalised profit after tax for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹208 crore, up 46% YoY.

Financial Performance: Consolidated

UTI AMC’s core income (sale of services) reached ₹1,164 crore. The company’s normalised core profit after tax for 9M FY26 stood at ₹367 crore, while the normalised profit after tax reached ₹567 crore.

SIP Inflows and Folios

Total live folios reached 1.38 crore as of December 31, 2025. Gross inflow mobilized through SIP for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, stood at ₹2,387 crore. SIP AUM as of quarter end stood at ₹44,752 crore, reflecting a 16.64% increase compared to December 31, 2024.

Digital Initiatives

Digital purchase transactions saw a rise to 53.83 lakh, an increase of 5.61% against the quarter ended December 31, 2024.
