Appointment of Mr. Dhiraj Kapoor
Effective December 1, 2025, Mr. Dhiraj Kapoor will be appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. He will also take on additional responsibilities as a Key Managerial Personnel, Senior Managerial Personnel, and Nodal Officer. Mr. Kapoor is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Law degree. He brings over 24 years of post-qualification experience in managing corporate secretarial affairs of large, listed entities, with expertise in corporate laws, listing regulations and governance matters.
Cessation of Mr. Sanjeeb Kumar Chatterjee
Mr. Sanjeeb Kumar Chatterjee will cease his role as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Key Managerial Personnel, and Nodal Officer, effective November 30, 2025. The company acknowledges Mr. Chatterjee’s service and contributions during his tenure. Following his cessation, Mr. Chatterjee will superannuate on June 30, 2026, after a transitional period to ensure a smooth handover.
