With total sales reaching 5.9 million units, the company registered a 24% growth compared to the previous fiscal year. This impressive performance was bolstered by a strong Q4 performance, where the company sold 1.6 million units, marking its highest-ever quarterly sales volume driven by robust demand across its two-wheeler, three-wheeler, and electric vehicle segments.
Fiscal Year 2025-26 Performance Highlights
TVS Motor Company demonstrated exceptional growth throughout the financial year 2025-26. The company reported a total sales volume of 58.89 lakh units, reflecting a 24% increase over the 47.44 lakh units sold in FY 2024-25. Two-wheeler sales saw a significant rise, growing 23% to reach 56.70 lakh units, while three-wheeler sales surged by 63% to hit 2.19 lakh units. Additionally, the company saw a robust 33% increase in total exports, reaching 15.85 lakh units.
Record-Breaking Fourth Quarter
The company concluded the fiscal year on a high note during the fourth quarter (January-March 2026). Total sales for Q4 2025-26 grew by 28%, reaching 15.60 lakh units. Two-wheelers contributed significantly to this growth with 15.00 lakh units sold, a 27% increase. The three-wheeler segment witnessed a massive growth of 65% compared to the same period in the previous year, while total exports for the quarter grew by 24% to reach 4.22 lakh units.
March 2026 Monthly Sales Update
In March 2026 alone, the company recorded sales of 519,358 units, marking a 25% growth over the 414,687 units sold in March 2025. Key segment drivers included:
- Electric Vehicles: Recorded a 44% growth with 38,877 units sold.
- Scooters: Achieved a 31% increase with 217,624 units sold.
- International Business: Total sales grew by 25% to 141,443 units.
- Motorcycles: Registered an 18% growth, reaching 232,788 units.
- Three-Wheelers: Grew by 46% to 21,224 units.
