Executive Profile
Ms. Srivastava is based in Bengaluru and brings a wealth of experience across various sectors. Prior to joining TVS Motor Company, she was the Global CHRO of Vedanta Resources, a multinational with a 100,000-strong workforce. She has also held leadership roles at Cairn Oil & Gas, Citibank, Genpact, Reliance Infocom, GE Capital International Services, and Godrej. She is a Science graduate and holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

In her new role, Ms. Srivastava will focus on building on TVS Motor’s strong values and enhancing its people and organization agenda in an increasingly competitive and dynamic environment.
