Titan Company marked a stellar third quarter of 40% growth in total income, reaching ₹24,592 crores, compared to ₹17,583 crores in Q3FY25. EBIT grew by 63.3% to ₹2,657 crores (margin of 10.8% vs 9.3% YoY). This strong performance was attributed to broad-based consumer interest across premium and accessible segments, spurred by the festive period. Mr. Ajoy Chawla, Managing Director, emphasized the commitment to elevating brand equity through innovation.
Jewellery Business Highlights
The Jewellery business delivered excellent results, clocking ₹22,517 crores in Total Income, a 42.1% YoY growth. EBIT for the segment stood at ₹2,475 crores, growing 66.1% YoY, with the margin improving to 11.0%.
- Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, beYon (Domestic): Revenue grew 40% to ₹19,921 crores. New buyer share was c.45%. The company launched ‘beYon’, an exploratory foray into lab-grown jewellery. The international business saw revenue grow 83% YoY. 25 net stores were added in the quarter.
- CaratLane (Domestic): Sustained momentum with revenue of ₹1,537 crores (c.42% YoY growth). Operating EBIT rose c.57% YoY to ₹200 crores, achieving a 13.0% margin. 24 net stores were added.
Watches Business Performance
The Watches division delivered healthy growth, with Domestic Income rising 13.2% YoY to ₹1,250 crores. Total EBIT for the division (including exports) reached ₹156 crores, marking a 44.2% YoY increase, resulting in an improved EBIT margin of 12.0%. Analog watches remained the core driver, growing c.20% YoY in consumer prices. 22 net stores were added across key retail formats.
EyeCare Business Performance
EyeCare domestic business grew c.17% YoY to ₹227 crores. The EBIT grew 24.9% YoY to ₹24 crores, with the margin expanding to 10.5%. The business promoted the ‘Ek Tara Test’ campaign for early detection in children. 2 stores of ‘Runway’ (premium sunglasses) were added.
Emerging Businesses & TEAL
- Emerging Businesses: Total Income grew 14.9% YoY to ₹135 crores. Losses reduced significantly to ₹26 crores from ₹32 crores in Q3FY25, driven by improved profitability in Fragrances. Women’s Bags saw c.110% YoY growth.
- Titan Engineering & Automation Limited (TEAL): Total Income grew by c.67% YoY to ₹323 crores, while EBIT was ₹36 crores (11.3% margin).
Consolidated Financial Trends (YTD FY26)
For the year-to-date (YTDFY26), Total Income reached ₹55,778 crores, growing 28.4%. Reported Consolidated EBIT reached ₹6,207 crores (11.1% margin), a 54.5% increase YoY. Total Equity stood at ₹38,546 crores as of Q3FY26.

The company highlighted the launch of its sustainability vision, ‘Pragati’ on July 11th, 2025, setting goals across Environmental, Social, and Governance pillars for FY30.
