Tilaknagar Industries announced leadership changes aimed at strengthening its finance and audit functions. Rajesh Choudhary has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while Abhinav Gupta takes on the role of Chief of Internal Audit. These appointments are effective immediately and aim to enhance governance and risk management practices within the company. These changes also include re-designations and additional responsibilities for key personnel.
New CFO Appointment
Rajesh Choudhary has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Tilaknagar Industries. He was previously serving as Senior Vice President – Finance & Accounts. This change in leadership is effective January 27, 2026.
Chief of Internal Audit Named
Abhinav Gupta, the current Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as the Chief of Internal Audit, effective immediately. Mr. Gupta will oversee risk management, internal controls, and governance processes.
Strategic Realignment
The company stated that these appointments are aimed at driving strategic priorities, strengthening governance, effective financial management, and creating long-term value. Amit Dahanukar, Chairman & Managing Director, emphasized the importance of these leadership transitions for strengthening financial stewardship and risk management.
Additional Leadership Changes
In addition to the CFO and internal audit appointments, several other leadership changes have been announced:
* Minuzeer Bamboat: Company Secretary & Compliance Officer has been assigned additional responsibilities as Head-Legal and has been re-designated as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Head-Legal.
* Ameya Deshpande: Previously President – Corporate Development & Strategy, now re-designated as Chief Strategy Officer.
* Nishant Jain: Formerly President-Sales, has been re-designated as Chief Sales Officer.
* Tarun Behl: Vice President-Manufacturing, has been re-designated as Vice President-Manufacturing & Projects.
* Sai Amrutkumar Vegisetti: Chief Information Officer, has been included as a Senior Management Personnel.
