Thermax Marks Milestone

Thermax commemorated its 30th anniversary of listing on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) with a celebratory bell-ringing event in Mumbai. Key leaders, including Ashishkumar Chauhan of NSE, Meher Pudumjee, Chairperson of Thermax, and Ashish Bhandari, Managing Director & CEO of Thermax Ltd., were present, alongside board members and key stakeholders.

Evolution and Growth

Since its listing on August 30, 1995, Thermax has transformed from a packaged boiler and heating equipment manufacturer to a provider of energy transition and sustainability solutions. The company now pioneers clean air, clean energy, and clean water technologies.

Financial Performance Over Three Decades

Thermax has demonstrated substantial financial and operational growth. Revenue has increased from approximately Rs. 470 crores in FY 1995-96 to Rs. 10,389 crores in FY 2024-25. The company’s manufacturing footprint has expanded to include 16 world-class facilities, with 12 in India and four overseas.
