Texmaco Rail Change in Constitution of Statutory Auditors

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited announced a change in the constitution of its statutory auditors, M/s. L. B. Jha & Co. The audit firm has converted from a Partnership Firm into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the name M/s. L. B. Jha & Co. LLP effective January 21, 2026. There will be no change in the audit engagement or their obligations as Statutory Auditors.

Statutory Auditor Update

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited has announced a change regarding its statutory auditors. M/s. L. B. Jha & Co., the company’s statutory auditors, have converted their business structure.

Conversion to LLP

The audit firm, previously operating as a Partnership Firm, has transitioned into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The new entity will be known as M/s. L. B. Jha & Co. LLP. This change became effective on January 21, 2026.

No Impact on Audit Engagement

Texmaco Rail clarified that this change is solely related to the constitution of the audit firm. The existing audit engagement remains unaffected. M/s. L. B. Jha & Co. LLP will continue to fulfill its duties and responsibilities as Statutory Auditors for the remaining tenure of their appointment.
