Tejas Networks Q3 FY26 Revenue Rises to INR307 Crores

Tejas Networks reported a revenue of INR307 crores for Q3 FY26, driven by wireline product sales to Indian private operators and international customers. Wireless product trials are underway in India and abroad, with some progressing to commercial negotiation. The company anticipates closing deals in upcoming months. The order book at the quarter’s end stood at INR1,329 crores.

Financial Performance

In Q3 FY26, Tejas Networks achieved a revenue of INR307 crores. This growth was primarily fueled by the sale of wireline products to India’s private operators and international clients.

Despite revenue growth, the Profit After Tax (PAT) was negative at INR197 crores. The company’s order book at the end of the quarter reached INR1,329 crores, up from INR1,204 crores in the previous quarter. Approximately 85% of the revenue came from Indian customers, with the remaining 15% from international markets.

The negative EBIT for the quarter stood at INR239 crores. Expenses included provisions for past service costs and warranty expenses of INR24 crores related to potential fault rates and repair needs.

Business Updates

Tejas Networks has been selected as a 5G RAN supplier for a pilot project on a section of the Delhi-Mumbai railway corridor, enhancing railway operation safety. Multiple private 5G deployment wins in India have been secured for applications in ports and mines.

However, the receipt of the BSNL 4G add-on PO for 18,000 sites has been delayed. The expansion order is still expected to come at the appropriate time.

Other Key Highlights

The company won additional packages for BharatNet and has become a leading supplier of IP/MPLS routers. Expansion orders were received from private telcos in India for both WDM and GPON equipment.

Tejas Networks also secured its first win in a sovereign data center networking application in India for its switching products.

Additional Information

The company received INR85 crores as PLI incentives for Q4FY25, bringing the cumulative PLI for FY25 to INR397 crores. 26 patents were filed during the quarter, increasing the cumulative global patent filings to 613, with 370 already granted.
