On March 3, 2026, Tejas Networks announced the launch of its next-generation, versatile Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) optical transport product, the TJ1600-D3. The launch took place at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain, where the platform was officially inaugurated by the Union Minister for Communications, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia.

  • Scalability up to 51.2 Tbps of shelf capacity.
  • Redundant controllers, fans, and power modules.
